Endurancelife Coastal Trail Quest Series - Pembrokeshire 14 March 2009 to 14 March 2009 Britain’s only truly coastal National Park is justifiably famous for its coves, sleepy fishing villages, sandy beaches & wooded valleys. The coastal trails here are wild and rambling with undulating terrain and spectacular views. The exposure and closeness to nature is so uplifting that despite the challenge presented by this beautiful course you can’t help grinning as you run.

The event takes place on the 14th March 2009 and is open to runners of all abilities over the age of 16. There are three distance categories; 10K, Marathon and Half Marathon.
With several age categories and many spot prizes every competitor has the possibility of claiming their share of the £1000 prize pool. If you aren’t one of the lucky prize winners, you always have a cool event Tshirt, finishers medal and a great experience to take home with you.

In order not to put this sensitive landscape under undue pressure we limit the number of places to 500. We expect to sell out so to avoid disappointment please book up early.

The Tour of Pembrokeshire 07 June 2009 to 07 June 2009
The event comprises a challenging Cyclosportive offering a choice of either a 116 mile or 64 mile route. The route commences at Folly Farm, a popular tourist attraction near Tenby and will proceed through the Preseli Mountains of central Pembrokeshire and along the Scenic Pembrokeshire Coast which is incorporated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The 116 mile route offers climbs totalling some 10,800 feet and offers excellent views from the highest landmarks of Pembrokeshire. The 'not so challenging' 64 mile route provides an ideal stepping stone for the less experienced rider to advance to the 116 mile route in the future.

The ride is fully supported with regular feed and water stops. Electronic timing chips are compulsory. Riders will be expected to be able to maintain an average speed of 12.5 miles per hour.
